摘    要:在高校中大力推进"科教兴国"战略的实施和科技创新,努力培养大学生的科研创新思维,使其具备一定的创新意识、创新能力和创新精神,造就一代具有实践能力和创新精神的应用型人才,已经成为当代高等教育发展的必然要求。我们随机抽样调查了2005级本科生528人,愿意参与病理学科技创新思维训练者161人,占调查人数的30%。病理研究室成立的医学本科生科技创新小组现行的培养模式为:掌握实验技术,查阅文献,寻找课题思路,收集临床病理资料,完成课题并撰写论文,目前已取得较好效果。

Abstract:Hence the paper argues for the universities to implement the science-and-education policies, which cultivate the creativity, and research for competence of the undergraduates, and adapt students to the new challenges ahead. 528 undergraduates of grade 2005 were involved into the investigation casually and 161 students(30%) would like to participate the creative thinking of pathology science and technology. The current training mode of medical undergraduate teams of science and research of pathology is as follow:controlling experiment technique, checking reference books and looking for ways of thinking in the end,collecting clinical pathologic data and completing the topic and with a thesis.A good result has been achieved currently after the mode
