比例法测定结核菌药敏试验中菌液浓度的研究

摘    要:为了探讨比例法测定结核菌药敏试验中结核菌悬液的最佳实验浓度 ,采用国际推行的比例法 ,用 10-2mg ml、10-3 mg ml、10 -4 mg ml、10-5mg ml、10-66mg ml,5个浓度进行试验 ,并与国际推行的比例法进行比较。结果用 10-2 mg ml、10 -4 mg ml、接种培养基 ,其药敏试验结果成功率高 ;基础培养基上结核菌生长良好 ,便于结果判断 ;结果报告及时 ;与国际推行的比例法进行相比较 ,药敏试验结果差异性不显著 (P >0.0 5)。试验结果表明 ,比例法测定结核菌药敏试验时 ,最佳菌液浓度是10-2mg ml、10-4mg ml。

Abstract:Objective To select the appropriate concentration in the test for drug susceptibility of tubercle bacillus by using proportion method. Method To use the proportion method was recommeded by WHO inoculating five bacillus concentrations 10 -2 mg/ml,10 -3 mg/ml,10 -4 mg/ml,10 -5 mg/ml,10 -6 mg/ml respectively. Result It was showed that the results of 10 -2 mg/ml,10 -4 mg/ml were satisfactory, compared with the results of the concentrations recommeded by WHO. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the result of the test. Conclusion 10 -2 mg/ml and 10 -4 mg/ml were the appropriate concentrations in the tuberecle bacillus drug susceptibilyty test.
