| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院抗肿瘤药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2007～2008年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、药理分类和用药日均费用等情况统计与分析。结果抗肿瘤药用药金额增长率高于用药总金额的增长率;作用于微管蛋白的药物、作用于DNA化学结构的药物和抗肿瘤辅助药用药金额较高,紫杉醇的销售金额、他莫昔芬的用药日数连续两年位于首位。结论抗肿瘤药用药金额将逐年增长,细胞毒类药物仍将是未来肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the utilization of antineoplastic drugs in the hospital in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods A statistical analysis was performed on antineoplastic drugs in respect of its consumption,pharmacological classification and the average daily cost.Results The increasing ratio of the consumption sum for antineoplastic drugs was higher than that for the total drugs.The consumption of tubulin inhibitors and the drugs acting on chemical structure of DNA and assistant drugs was high,with the consumption of paclitaxel and the average daily cost of Tamoxifen dominating the first place over the 2 consecutive years.Conclusion It is expected that the consumption of antineoplastic drugs is expected to increase year by year,and cycle specific drugs will be still the major drugs for tumor treatment. |
