氧自由基在大鼠胰十二指肠肾脏联合移植缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及丹参的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨氧自由基在大鼠胰十二指肠肾脏联合移植缺血再灌注损伤中的意义及丹参注射液保护机理。方法]大鼠制成胰十二指肠肾脏联合移植模型,分别用生理盐水、丹参生理盐水在切取移植物时灌注保存,移植时受体尾静脉注射。术后1 h测定血清淀粉酶、肌酐、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)水平;胰腺和肾脏组织SOD、GSH-PX及MDA含量。结果]大鼠移植后,血清淀粉酶、肌酐、MDA水平及移植胰腺、肾脏MDA含量明显升高(P〈0.01),血清的SOD、GSH-PX及移植胰腺和肾脏SOD、GSH-PX含量明显下降(P〈0.01)。应用丹参能明显改善上述指标,灌注保存和移植时联合应用丹参作用更明显。结论]氧自由基是大鼠胰十二指肠肾脏联合移植后缺血再灌注损伤的重要机制,在器官灌注保存和移植时静脉应用丹参有抗氧自由基损伤作用,联合应用作用更明显。
