手术器械不同专业人员管理效果评价

目的探讨不同专业人员管理手术器械的效果。方法2004年11月～2006年11月手术器械由手术室护士在手术室内清洗消毒、包装再送消毒供应室灭菌（对照组）;2006年12月～2008年12月手术器械由消毒供应中心专人在手术室内清洗消毒、包装再送消毒供应室灭菌（观察组）。分别比较两种方法在手术器械清洗、灭菌合格率及手术医生对手术器械性能满意度的差异性。结果正式运行2年,手术器械清洗不合格率由消毒供应中心专人管理前的12.05%下降至专人管理后的2.30%;灭菌包检测不合格率由10%下降至1%;手术医生对手术器械性能满意度由86%上升至98%,均P〈0.01,统计学差异有显著性意义。结论手术部门有独立消毒供应室,手术器械由消毒供应中心专人管理,使手术器械就地处理,减少搬运中间环节,节省周转时间,能及时清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌。可有效提高手术器械质量,保证手术器械的安全使用,达到控制医院感染的发生。

Evaluation on the management effects of surgical instruments by different professionals

Objective To explore the management effects of surgical instruments by various professionals. Methods From November, 2004 to November, 2006 the surgical instruments were cleaned, disinfected and packed in operation room and then sent to Central Sterile Supply Department for sterilization by the theatre nurses （Control Group） ; From December, 2004 to December, 2006 the surgical in- struments were cleaned, disinfected and packed in operation room and then sent to Central Sterile Supply Department for sterilization by personnel of Central Sterile Supply Department （Observation Group）, to compare the differences between the two methods in percent of pass of surgical instrument cleaning and sterilization and the degree of satisfaction with the performance of surgical instruments of the surgeons. Results After operation for two years, percent defective of surgical instrument cleaning decreased from 12.05% before it was managed by CSSD to 2.30% after it had been managed by CSSD; percent defective of sterilization package decreased from 10% to 1%; the degree of satisfaction with the performance of surgical instruments of the surgeons increased from 86% to 98%. The differences showed statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The department of surgery has its independent sterilzation supply room and surgical instruments are managed by sterilization supply center, which enables surgical instruments to he processed on-site, reduces intermediate links such as transportation, saves the turnover time and carries on cleaning, disinfection, package and sterilization in time. It effectively improves the quality of surgical instruments, ensures them to be used safely and controls the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
