比索洛尔治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的临床研究

为评价比索洛尔治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效和安全性 ,用比索洛尔 (5～ 1 0mg ,1 /d ,共用 8周 ,治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者 3 0例 ,并用 2 4h动态血压监测评价用药前及 8周治疗后 2 4h血压的变化。结果 :2 9例完成治疗随访的患者中 ,降压总有效率达 86.2 % ,与用药前相比 ,治疗后的收缩压与舒张压均显著降低 ,谷 /峰比值 >5 0 % ,不良反应少 ,对血脂和血糖水平无影响。提示 ,比索洛尔降低轻、中度原发性高血压病人血压的疗效确切。

Antihypertensive Effects of Bisoprolol on Hypertensive Patients

To evaluate the antihypertensive effect and safety of bisoprolol, 30 patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension were treated with bisoprolol 5 to 10 mg, once daily for 8 weeks. It were also monitored that changes of blood pressure before and after medicine by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. 29 cases were followed up. The total effectiveness was 86.2%. Compared with pre treatment, the decreased SBP and DBP had significant statistical difference. The T/P ratio was >50%. The adverse effect was low, and there was no side effect on the metabolic of cholesterol and glucose . The results shows that bisoprolol is effective and safe in the treatment of mild to moderate primary hypertension.
