| 摘 要： | 妊娠及哺乳期合并甲状腺功能亢进 (简称甲亢 )的治疗 ,是产科及内分泌科面临的共同难题之一 ,如何指导孕产妇正确用药一直是人们长期关注的问题。作者对妊娠及哺乳期合并甲亢患者的抗甲状腺药物治疗 ,包括用药的选择、药物的安全性及对胎儿甲状腺的影响等作如下综述。
