益气活血清热法对儿童哮喘发作期嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

目的观察益气活血清热法对儿童哮喘发作期嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)绝对计数的影响.方法采用随机方法将160例患儿分为治疗组、西药组和中成药组.治疗组内服泻白定喘颗粒,外用中药穴位贴敷;西药组采用西医常规治疗;中成药组口服小儿咳喘灵颗粒.结果治疗组治疗后EOS绝对计数较治疗前显著降低(P＜0.01),与中成药组、西药组治疗后比较差异显著(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).在改善肺功能方面治疗组优于中成药组(P＜0.05).在消除哮鸣音、缓解咳嗽、出汗等症状方面,治疗组明显优于西药组、中成药组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).治疗组显效率优于西药组、中成药组.结论内外并用、益气活血清热法治疗发作期儿童哮喘,可以显著降低EOS,临床疗效良好.

Influence of therapies of replenishing qi, activating blood and removing heat on EOS in children with intraictal asthma

Objective To observe the influence of the therapies of replenishing qi, activating blood and removing heat on the absolute count of eosinocytes (EOS) in children with intraictal asthma. Method To divide randomly 160 cases into the treatment group (group1), the group treated with western medicine (group2) and the group treated with Chinese pattern medicine (group 3). Group 1 was given Xiebaidingchuan Granules orally and acupoint dressing, group 2 was given routine treatment of western medicine and group 3 was given Xiao`er kechuanling Granules. Result After the treatment the EOS absolute count of group 1 was decreased significantly (P<0.01) with a significant difference in comparison with that of group 2 and group 3 (P<0.05, P<0.01). Group 1 had a better therapeutic effect on lung function(P<0.05) than group 3, and on wheeze, cough, phlegm and sweating than group 2 and group 3(P<0.05, P<0.01). Group 1 had a higher significant effect rate than group 2 and group 3. Conclusion The therapies of replenishing qi, activating blood and removing heat can decrase EOS level significantly in child intraictal asthma with a good curative effect.
