| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸屈他维林(诺仕帕)治疗老年人痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效。方法随机将205例老年人痉挛性腹痛患者分为盐酸屈他维林组(治疗组)107例,山莨菪碱组(对照组)98例,进行疗效对比分析。结果治疗组有效率91·59%,对照组有效率76·53%,两组疗效有显著性差异(p<0·05)。从副反应来看,盐酸屈他维林组出现副反应的发生率明显低于山莨菪碱组。结论盐酸屈他维林是治疗老年人痉挛性腹痛的有效药物,使用方便、安全、作用迅速,疗效可靠,无明显不良反应,值得在急诊中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the therapeutic effect of the treatment for aged spastic stomache with Drotaverine Hydrochloride.Method To divide 205 patients with spastic stomache into two groups randomly:the treatment group and the control group.To analyse their effect by x~2 test.The treatment group,107 patients with the Drotaverine Hydrochloride;and the control group,98 patients with Anisodamine.Result The effective rate of the treatment group is 91.59%.That of the control is 76.53%.The two groups have significant difference(p<0.05).The side effect of the Drotaverine Hydrochloride is less than that of the Anisodamine.Conclusion The Drotaverine Hydrochloride is effective medicine to spastic stomache with convenience,safety,fast effect and reliable curative effect. |
