何首乌清蒸工艺的探讨

摘    要:目的:研究何首乌不同蒸制时间糖类成分的含量变化。方法:用硫酸一苯酚法测定何首乌及其炮制品中还原性糖.水溶性糖和多糖的含量。结果:何首乌炮制后均较生品含糖量高,其中蒸制35h,100℃干燥,还原性糖和水溶性糖含量最高。结论:清蒸何首乌最佳条件为蒸制35h,100℃干燥。

Abstract:Objective: To research the contents of saccharides in radix polygoni multiflori with different steamed time. Methods: The contents of reducing saccharides, water-soluble saccharides and polysaccharides in radix polygoni multiflori and its processed products were determined by phenol-sulpheric acid method. Results: The contents of saccharides were the highest of than those in the crude drug ,after steaming 35 h,100℃ dry, the reducing saecharides and water-soluble saccharides contents were highest. Conclusion: The radix polygoni multifIori optimum condition is to steam for 0.5 h and the desiccation temperature is 100℃.
