| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药制剂银甲散颗粒剂治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效和安全性.[方法]将60例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组(银甲散加小剂量他巴唑)30例和对照组(他巴唑)30例,观察患者临床症状和血清中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)的变化情况并进行疗效对比.[结果]治疗组临床症状、总有效率改善均优于对照组.无不良反应.[结论]银甲散可减少西药用量及毒副作用,迅速改善症状,减少复发,提高疗效.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yinjia San granules (powder for treating hyperthyroidism, YJS). [Methods] Fifty-two patients with hyperthyroidism were randomized divided into two groups: treatment group(YJS) with low dose Tapazol and control group (Tapazol) .
