舌旁正中岛状瓣在舌根癌术后缺损修复中的应用

目的：探讨舌旁正中岛状瓣在舌根癌术后缺损中的临床应用价值。方法：对10例舌根癌患者切除原发灶后，在舌旁正中设计岛状瓣修复舌体缺损。结果：10例舌旁正中岛状瓣均成活，患者语言、吞咽等功能恢复较好。结论：舌旁正中岛状瓣在舌根癌术后缺损修复中具有血供丰富、创伤小、成活率高、无需断蒂等优势，适用于舌根癌缺损的修复。

Application of paramedian island tongue flap in the reconstruction of tongue base carcinoma defect

Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of paramedian island tongue flap in the tongue base carci-noma defects. Method：Ten patients with tongue base carcinoma, after excision of the primary tumor tissue,were designed paramedian island tongue flap to restore the tongue defects. Result：All flaps survived and the procedures were successful in all patients. The recovery of the patients＇tongue function, such as speech 、chewing、swallowing and so on, were better. Conclusion：Paramedian island tongue flap has many advantages in restoring the defect of tongue base carcinoma,for exam-ple abundant blood supply、small trauma、high survival rate、without breaking base and so on. It is suitable for repairing the tongue base cancer defects.
