我院2010～2012年麻醉药品应用分析

目的 介绍我院麻醉药品使用情况和临床应用趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考.方法 以WHO推荐的限定日剂量（DDD）为指标,参考《中国药典》、《新编药物学》、药品说明书和临床常规剂量,确定各药的DDD值,计算用药频度（DDDs）,对我院2010～2012年摆药中心麻醉药品的品种、数量、用药金额、用药频度进行统计分析.结果 麻醉药品的销售金额呈先下降再显著增长的趋势,DDDs居首位的是枸橼酸芬太尼注射液（0.5 mg）.结论 我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但仍应持续不断地加强麻醉药品管理和相关知识培训,保证患者用药安全、有效.

Analysis of Narcotic Drug Use in Our Hospital During 2010-2012

Objective To investigate the use and the development tendency of narcotics in drug dispensing center in our hospital and provide basis for rational drug use. Methods The utilization of narcotics in drug dispensing center in our hospital during 2010-2012 was analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties, consumption amount, consumption sum and DDDs. Results The consumption sum of narcotics was firstly reduced and then increased significantly. DDDs for fentanyl injection （0.5 mg） were the highest among all the narcotics. Conclusion The utilization of narcotics was rational in general, but training for its management and related knowledge should be strengthened to ensure medication safety and efficacy for patients.
