目的 综述抗体治疗癌症的作用机理及在癌症治疗中的应用策略.方法 查阅近年来国内外最新研究进展资料,进行归纳总结.结果 抗体治疗肿瘤的作用机理主要包括：抗体依赖的细胞毒性作用;补体依赖的细胞毒性作用;改变癌组织的信号转导;免疫调节以及抗体药物复合物等.治疗抗体的应用策略包括：结合细胞毒性药物的治疗;定位于手术、放疗和化疗后肿瘤消减的抗体治疗;增强单纯抗体的效应功能;直接武装抗体;非直接武装抗体和治疗前的定位策略等.结论 肿瘤的抗体治疗是一个切实可行的思路,在实际应用中已得到了部分证明.随着技术发展和研究的深入,抗体在肿瘤治疗中的应用将更加广泛.

The cancer-antibody therapy included a combined ues of drugs for cytotoxicity, immunotherapy for tumor subduction after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, mutations or glycosylation to enhance effect of antibodies, directly armed antibodies, indirectly armed antibodies and pretargeting for follow-up therapies. Conclusion Therapeutic antibody is an effective killer for tumor, which has been partly proved in laboratory researches and clinical applications. Along with the continuous deepening and development of technology, it will have a broad prospect in application in tumor treatment.
