| 摘 要： | 继续教育是医学学报可持续发展的保障,是提高编辑能力的有效途径。编辑除接受与编辑相关的知识外,重点加强医学知识的学习,以满足医学快速发展的需要。医学知识的学习以阅读医学期刊和参听专家学术讲座为主,期刊研究能力及编辑能力的提高则侧重参加学术交流和在实践中学习、锻炼。

| Abstract: | Continuing education was the safeguard of medical transaction development,the effective route to improve edition ability.Except drawing the knowledge related to edit,editors strengthened to study medical knowledge to satisfy the demands of medical development rapidly.Learning of medical knowledge was mainly reading medical magazines and taking part in expert lectures,improving of magazine research and editing ability emphasized particularly on attending science communication and studying and exercising in practice. |
