| 摘 要： | 目的观察和分析依达拉奉联合七叶皂苷钠治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年至2012年接收治疗的200例脑出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组采用依达拉奉联合七叶皂苷钠进行治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分明显高于对照组,数据差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.01;治疗过程中两组患者均没有出现明显不良反应情况。结论依达拉奉联合七叶皂苷钠治疗脑出血的临床疗效显著,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the edaravone aescinate the clinical efifcacy of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Our hospital from 2010 to 2012 received 200 cases of cerebral hemorrhage treated patients in this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group 100 cases, observation group edaravone conduct joint aescinate treatment, the control group with conventional methods of treatment, the clinical effects were observed. Results The patients with NIHSS score and ADL score was signiifcantly higher, data signiifcantly different, with statistical signiifcance, P＜0.01;during treatment patients were no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Edaravone combined aescin treatment of cerebral hemorrhage significant clinical efifcacy in clinical treatment should be widely applied. |
