| 摘 要： | 本文分析32例(33个椎间盘)手术证实的腰椎椎间盘脱出的CT图像,诊断正确率90.6％。基本征象是:椎间盘向后突入椎管,其阴影超过椎体缘,伴有硬膜外脂肪、硬膜囊和神经根的受压和移位,部份病例突出的椎间盘内有钙化,文中还讨论了不典型表现及鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Thirty-two surgically confirmed cases of lumbar disc herniation examined with CT scans were reviewed. The accuracy of diagnosis was 90.6% The basic CT appearance was the soft tissue density extending beyond the posterior margin of the body of vertebra into the spinal canal.The associated findings were displacement or indentation of epidural fat and dural sac compression and displacement of nerve root sheath. Some of the cases showed calcification in posterior protruded disk. |
