生命力医疗为核心的中医医院文化实践体会

随着医疗系统管理的日益高效，医院文化在管理中的地位日益重要。它贯穿于医院的制度建设、运营模式、医疗模式、基础设施建设。本文以广东省中西医结合医院的生命力医疗理念为指导，分析中医院文化的现状和问题，并结合广东省中西医结合医院的文化建设现状及成果，提出医院文化建设的建议。

Practice Exoerience of Chinese Medical Hospital Culture Cored as Vitality Medical

With the development of the hospital management, hospital culture becomes the important part of the management, which runs through the operation pattem, medical pattern, institution construction, material construction. This article, directed by Vitality Medical of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, analyzed the situation and problems of Chinese traditional hospital culture, and proposed suggestions of hospital culture construction on the basis of the cultural construction experiment of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.
