姜春华截喘方加减治疗支气管哮喘急性发作37例

目的观察姜春华截喘方加减治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将67例患者随机分为治疗组37例（常规西药加姜春华截喘方加减）和对照组30例（常规西药）。2周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率91.89%,对照组总有效率73.33%,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论姜春华截喘方配合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作优于单纯常规西药治疗。

JIANG Chun-hua's Modified Jiechun Formula for treatment of 37 cases of bronchial asthma in acute seizure phase

Objective To observe the curative effect of JIANG Chun-hua's Modified Jiechun Formula on bronchial asthma in acute seizure phase. Method The patients (n=67) were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=37) treated with routine western medicinals combined with JIANG Chun-hua's Modified Jiechun Formula,and the control group (n=30) treated with routine western medicinals. A treatment course was for 2 weeks and the patients were observed for two treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 91.89 % in the treatment group and 73.33 % in the control group. The difference was significant between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion JIANG Chun-hua's Modified Jiechun Formula combined with routine western medicinals has a better curative effect on bronchial asthma in acute seizure phase than only routine western medicinals.
