| 摘 要： | 目的以高效液相色谱法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷的含量并对其方法进行改进。方法色谱条件为：C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水（22：78），检测波长277nm；结果线性范围为：0．5—7．875μm，平均回收率为99．74％，RSD为0．4％。结论该方法简便，能排除样品中其他成分对被测物质的干扰，稳定性与精密度良好，可作为抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量测定的一种方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of forsythin in kangbingdu oral solution. Methods The HPLC methods for determination was ClS columnn （4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）, acetonitrite-water （22： 78） as mobile phase and the detective wavelength was set at 277 nm. Results The linear rang of the forsythin is 0. 5 - 7. 875 μg and the average recovery was 99. 74%, RSD = 0. 4%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be applied to the quality control of Kangbingdu Oral Solution. |
