维吾尔族及汉族角膜内皮细胞密度对比分析

目的：观察50-79岁汉族和维吾尔族患者中央区角膜内皮细胞密度。方法：选择50-79岁年龄段维吾尔族患者180例，50-59岁年龄段60例，60-69岁年龄段60例，70-79岁年龄段60例；及汉族患者180例，50-59岁年龄段60例，60-69岁年龄段60例，70-79岁年龄段60例，均取右眼，应用非接触型角膜内皮显微镜观察角膜内皮细胞密度。结果：50-59岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2608．4±327．6个／mm^2，汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2728．6±284．6个／mm^2，两者对比P〈0．05；60-69岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2547．0±292．5个／mm^2，汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2672．9±312．5个／mm^2；70-79岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2452．8±434．5个／mm^2，汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2660．2±374．9个／mm^2，丽者对比P〈0．05。50-79岁年龄段维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度为2536．1±360．4／咖。，汉族角膜内皮细胞密度为2688．6±324．9个／mm^2，两者对比P〈0．05；结论：在50-59岁，60-69岁，70-79岁各年龄段，及50-79岁年龄段比较，汉族患者角膜内皮细胞密度较维吾尔族角膜内皮细胞密度高。

Uygur and Han comparative analysis of corneal endothelial cell density

Objective： observe corneal endothelial cell density in the central area of comer of Han and Uygur pa- tients , age from 50 to 79 years old. Methods： Measuring density of corneal endothelial cell with non-contact microscope ap- plication of corneal endothelial cell for Uighurs. patients with 180 cases, 50-59 age group 60 cases, 60-69 age group 60 cases, 70-79 age group 60 cases, and Han Chinese patients with 180 cases, 50-59 age group 60 cases, 60-69 age group 60 cases, 70-79 age group 60 age group, all cases were taken right eye, the application of non - contact corneal en- dothelial microscopy of corneal endothelial cell density. Results ：50 -59 years of age, corneal endothelial cell density of Uighur 2 608.4-327.6 cells / mm2, corneal endothelial cell density of Hart 2 728.6±284.6 cells / mm2, the two contrast P 〈 0.05 ; 60 - 69 age group corneal endothelium cell density of Uighur 2 547.0±292.5 cells /mm2, corneal endothelial cell density of Han 2 672.9 -312.5 cells /mm2; 70-79 years of age, corneal endothelial cell density of Uighur 2 452.8±434.5 cells / mm2 , corneal endothelial cell density of Han 2 660.2±74.9 cells / mm2 , the two contrast P 〈 0.05. 50-79 age group Uighur corneal endothelial cell density 2 536. 1±360.4 cells / mm2, corneal endothelial cell density of Han 2 688.6±324.9 cells / mm2 , the two contrast P 〈 0.05 ; Conclusion： The Han patients corneal endothelial cell den- sity is higher than the Uighurs in the age of 50-59 age group ,60-69 age group ,70-79 age group and the 50 - 79 age group.
