甲钴胺与尼膜同联合治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍的疗效观察

目的评价甲钴胺与尼膜同联合治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍的效果。方法选择在我院神经内科门诊就诊或住院治疗的脑小血管病性认知功能障碍患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者口服尼膜同片,观察组患者口服尼膜同片及甲钴胺片,治疗12周为1个疗程,治疗前后比较两组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo-CA)评分。结果治疗前两组患者的MoCA评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的MoCA评分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组MoCA评分改善优于对照组。结论甲钴胺与尼膜同联用可有效治疗脑小血管病性认知功能障碍,其效果优于单独应用尼膜同。

Methylcobalamin Combined with Nimotop in the Treatment of Cognitive Impairment in Cerebral Small Vessel Disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of methylcobalamin combined with nimotop in treating cognitive impairment of patients with cerebral small vessel diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with cognitive impairment visiting in the neurology clinic or being hospitalized were randomly divided into the observation group receiving methylcobalamin combined with nimotop and the control group solely receiving nimotop,12 weeks being a course.MoCA scores of two groups were assessed and compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in MoCA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).With better MoCA score improvement in the observation group than that in the control group.Conclusion Methylcobalamin combined with nimotop can effectively treat cognitive impairment in cerebral small vessel disease with better efficacy than sole nimotop.
