温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的探讨温针灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月-2011年6月在乌鲁木齐市中医医院骨伤科门诊就诊的OA患者150例,随机分为温针灸组、玻璃酸钠组及联合治疗组。温针组采用温针灸法,玻璃酸钠组选用玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射,联合治疗组采用温针灸法和膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠方法,观察3组患者临床疗效,对3组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Lysholm膝关节康复量表评分(LKSS)、症状评分进行比较。结果 3组患者治疗后VAS评分及LKSS评分差异有统计学意义(F=16.100、65.240,P<0.05)。组内比较,3组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,治疗后LKSS均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,联合治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于玻璃酸钠组和温针组,而LKSS评分高于玻璃酸钠组和温针组,温针组LKSS评分低于玻璃酸钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后症状评分差异有统计学意义(F=30.442,P<0.05)。组内比较,3组治疗后症状评分低于治疗前,联合治疗组治疗后症状评分明显低于玻璃酸钠组和温针灸组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,方法简便,值得临床推广应用。

Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate in warming acupuncture of knee osteoarthritis efficacy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture combined sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods From January 2009-June 2011,150 cases with OA in The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Urumqi were randomly divided into warming acupuncture group,sodium hyaluronate group and the combined treatment group.Warming acupuncture group were used warm acupuncture needle,sodium hyaluronate group were used with sodium hyaluronate in intra-articular,combination therapy group were used warming acupuncture and knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Observed the clinical efficacy of 3 groups before and after treatment visual analog pain(VAS) scores.Lysholm knee scale score rehabilitation(LKSS),symptom scores were compared in three groups.Results Rariance analysis showed that three groups of patients after treatment VAS score and LKSS score difference was statistically significant(F=16.100,65.240,P<0.05).VAS scores after treatment of three qroups were lower than before treatment,after treatment,LKSS were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combined treatment group after treatment VAS score was lower than temperature of sodium hyaluronate group and acupuncture group,and LKSS score was higher than the temperature of sodium hyaluronate group and the warming acupuncture.Warm needle group LKSS score lower than sodium hyaluronate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores of three groups after treatment were significantly(F=30.442,P<0.05).Comparison group,the symptom score after treatment than before treatment,combined symptom score after treatment was significantly lower than the temperature of sodium hyaluronate group and the acupuncture group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The temperature acupuncture combined sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis effective,the method is simple,inexpensive,worthy of clinical application.
