Clinical Evaluation of Laparoscopic Choledocholithotomy with T- tube Drainage in 33 Cases

Objective：To investigate and summarize the clinical value and the operative experience of laparoscopic choledocholithotomy with T - tube drainage. Methods： 33 eases who underwent laparoseopic choladochlithotomy and common bile duet exploration with T - tube drainage were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The operation was successful in 33 eases, No cases were converted to open surgery. 5eazes were performed primary bile duct suture, and 28 cases with the T tube placement, The duration of operation was 60-- 150 rain （averaged 110 rain）, average postoperative hospital stay was 8.5 days. Conclusions： The laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with T- tube drainage is a safe and effective operation with little injury and quick recovery.
