细胞因子在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的表达

目的：研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿白介素（IL）-1β、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、IL-2、sIL-2 R水平的变化,探讨细胞因子的变化在HIE发病中的意义,为其免疫学治疗提供可能的理论依据。方法：应用ELISA法检测HIE患儿及足月正常新生儿血清IL-1β、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-2、sIL-2R水平。结果：HIE患儿血清IL-1β、IL-10、TNF-α、sIL-2 R水平均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,而IL-2水平显著低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：HIE患儿存在一定程度的免疫功能紊乱。IL-1β、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-2、sIL-2 R参与HIE的病理生理过程。

Study on the Changes of Cytokines in Neonates with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective：To study the changes of inter lukin-1 β（IL-1 β）,IL-10,TNF-α,IL-2,sIL-2 R levels in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy（HIE） and its role in pathogenesis of HIE,for providing the theoretical basis of treatment.Methods：The levels of IL-1 β,IL-10,TNF-α,sIL-2 R in serum of the new borns with HIE and normal controls were dynamically detected by ELISA.Results：The levels of IL-1 β,IL-10,TNF-α,sIL-2 R were higher in serum of new borns with HIE than those of normal controls（P0.05）,but IL-2 were lower in serum of new borns with HIE than those of normal controls（P0.05）.Conclusion：The certain disorder of cellular immune function can be existent new borns with HIE.IL-1 β、IL-10、TNF-α、IL-2、sIL-2 R can play a role in pathogenic course of HIE.
