多发性创伤179例诊治体会

目的：总结多发伤的急诊救治经验。方法：对我院2004年8月~2011年1月间收治的179例多发性创伤患者急诊治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组179例病人,按Kirkpatrick创伤指数标准评定,平均分22分。静脉快速扩容179例,气道处理48例,辅助呼吸9例,颅脑手术21例,剖胸探查17例,剖腹探查28例,胸腔闭式引流20例。死于颅脑损伤6例,创伤性休克8例,失血性休克4例,骨盆骨折2例。结论：早期诊断,尽早判断病情,合理把握抢救顺序,及时抢救危及生命的器官损伤,及时手术及重视术后的综合治疗,完善创伤急救体系是提高救治成功率的关键。

Multiple Trauma: Experience of 179 Cases

Objective： To summarize multiple trauma emergency medical experience. Methods： aAtotal August 2004 between January 2011 179 cases multiple trauma were patient emergency treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among 179 patients, according to the standard to assess Kirkpatrick trauma index, average 22 points, intravenous rapid expansion, the airway 179 cases handling 48 cases and auxiliary breathing 39 cases, 21 cases of cerebral operation, shaver thoracic drainage 20 patients died of head injury in 6, 8 cases, exploration 17 cases, 28 cases laparotomy, chest closed traumatic shock uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock 4 cases, pelvic fractures in 2 cases. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and early judgment illness, reasonable grasp rescue order, timely rescue crisis life organ damage, attention postoperative comprehensive treatment, perfect the trauma emergency system is the key to improve treatment.
