利用第三磨牙残根残冠修复牙列缺损的体会

目的：探讨恢复第三磨牙残根残冠修复牙列缺损的可能性。方法：临床选择48例残根残冠患者,共56颗患牙经完善的根管治疗后,采用不同的冠桩修复,并经过1～3年的临床疗效追综观察。结果：56例患牙,3颗有不同程度的牙周炎、根尖周炎、根折。结论：合理的修复保留第三磨牙残根残冠,对牙列缺损的修复有一定的临床价值。

The Experience of Using the Third Molar Residual Roots and Crowns to Repair Dentition Defect

Objective：To explore recovery possibilities of using the third molar residual roots and crown,repair dentition defect.Methods：Selecting 48 clinical patients of residual roots and crowns,after the perfect root-canal therapy to 56 bad teeth,adopting different repairs as well as trating and observing the clinical effect through one to three years.Results：Among 56 bad teeth,three teeth suffer from paradentitis,periapical inflammation and root-broken in different degree.Conclusions：It has certain clinical value for repairing dentition defect to repair and retain the third molar residual roots and crowns reasonable.
