| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市闸北区社区居民对家庭医生服务的需求情况,为家庭医生制度的推广实施提供理论参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,采取多阶段抽样方法抽取闸北区300名居民进行现场调查。结果有51.5%的居民认为自己及家庭需要家庭医生;服务需求的前四位内容依次为常见病、慢性病的诊疗,健康咨询,慢性病管理及预约服务。结论社区居民对家庭医生服务具有较高的需求,需求服务内容以常见病、慢性病的诊疗为主。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the demands for family physician service among community residents in Zhabei District,Shanghai.Methods A field survey was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire among 300 community residents who were selected through multistage sampling technique.Results Over half(51.5%) of the subjects believed that they required family physician service.The most needed services were diagnosis and treatment of common chronic diseases,health consultation,chronic disease management,and outpatient reservation.Conclusion Community residents have a relatively high demand for family physician service,especially the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases. |
