动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

目的：评价运用真丝线段碎屑经导管超选择子宫动脉栓塞症状性子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：15例症状性子宫肌瘤均经影像学和专科检查确诊，并排除与症状相关的其他妇科疾病。栓塞双侧子宫动脉者14例，单侧者1例。栓塞材料选用真丝线段碎屑和明胶海绵。结果：所有病例随访12-24个月，月经周期恢复正常，月经量增多、贫血及压迫等症状得到明显改善，超声或CT检查示瘤体体积缩小，完全缓解（CR）3例，其中2例粘膜下肌瘤坏死脱落，部分缓解（PR）12例。无1例严重并发症发生。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤安全、有效，对想保留子宫、不能耐受外科手术或不愿手术者是最佳选择。

Clinical effects of superselective uterine arterio -embolization in treating uterine leiomyoma

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of superselective uterine arterio -embolization with Silk line clastic in treating symptomatic uterine leiomyoma. Methods：IS cases of patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids were en- rolled in the study, who were diagnosed by imaging and specialized examination. Bilateral uterine artery were embolized in 14 cases while unilateral uterine artery were embolized in 1 patients. Silk line clastic and gelatin sponge were chosen as em-bolic materials in this study. Results：The mean follow up periods was 12 to 24 months, which showed the uterine leiomyo- ma reduced in volume by ultrasound or CT, 3 case showed complete remission （CR） , and partial remission （PR） in 12 cases, menstrual cycles returned to normal, menorrhagia controlled, with obvious improvement of anemia and pressure symptoms. No severe complications were found. Conclusion：Uterine artery embolization is a safe, effective treatment in u- terine fibroids, and it is the better choice to whom wants to keep the uterus because of its little trauma.
