可乐丽菲露SE-BOND粘接剂及AP-X复合树脂充填治疗龋病的临床效果观察

目的：观察可乐丽菲露SE-BOND黏接剂及AP-X复合树脂充填龋病1年内的临床效果。方法：选择120例中龋或深龋的患者,自身半口对照,共240颗患牙,随机分成两组,1组患牙用可乐丽菲露SE-BOND粘接剂及AP-X复合树脂充填,2组患牙用玻璃离子水门汀充填,观察患者充填后1、3、6个月、1年的疗效。结果：随访1年内的结果显示,1组充填的成功率为95.8%（116/120）,2组成功率86.6%（104/120）,两组成功率相比,差异有显著性（P=0.009）。结论：可乐丽菲露SE-BOND粘接剂及AP-X复合树脂是一种临床上值得推广使用的材料,但其远期疗效还应进一步观察。
