自体CIK细胞过继免疫治疗恶性肿瘤的研究

目的：观察细胞因子杀伤细胞（cytokine induced killer,CIK）治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法：分离患者自体外周血单个核细胞,体外诱导CIK细胞,应用该细胞治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者28例。观察CIK细胞培养前后细胞表型情况,疗效和生活质量评定。结果：CIK细胞培养后可见CD3、CD8和CD3、CD56细胞较培养前显著增加。4例患者完全缓解,5例患者部分缓解,9例好转,8例病情稳定,2例进展,治疗有效率32.14%。28例患者治疗后生活质量明显提高,均无明显不良反应出现。结论：自体CIK细胞过继性免疫治疗恶性肿瘤效果确切,副作用小,可有效改善和提高患者机体免疫功能。

Research of Malignant Tumors Adoptive Immunotherapy with Autogenous Cytokine- Induced Killer Cells

Objective： To observe the efficacy that CIK （Cytokine induced killer） cell cured malignant tumors. Methods：Separatepatient＇s blood cell to make PBMC（peripheral blood mononuclear cell）. Generate CIK cell out body. To treat twenty eight patients suffered from malignant tumors with CIK cell. To observe the im- pact of the treatment with CIK cells on cellular immune function and quality of life of cancer patient. Results： The ratio of CD3, CD8, CD3, CD56 were observably increased after cell culture. Four patients were cured; five patients were part cured; nine patients were make better and two patients stoped to develop; one patient develop. In general, the efficient level of this cure is 32.14 %. Conclusions： It had obvious effects that CIK cell treated malignant tumors, and also could improve immune function of patients.
