咽炎袋泡饮的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的建立咽炎袋泡饮的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的陈皮、大黄、山豆根、连翘4味药材进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱法可鉴别出大黄、陈皮、山豆根、连翘的特征斑点。结论该方法专属性强、结果可靠,可作为咽炎袋泡饮的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality control method of Pharyngitis Tea. Methods Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used to identify qualitatively the four prescribed medicinal herbs: dried orange peel, rhubarb, vietnamese sophora root 'and forsythia. Results The contents of all the herbs were detected by TLC with strong specificity, but without negative interference. Conclusion The method is easy to operate with good reproducibility and can be used in the quality control of Pharyngitis Tea.
