| 摘 要： | 目的：观察采取保仔治疗的方法修复折裂牙的疗效。方法：选取248个折裂牙，根据不同类型采取结扎固定，根管治疗后全冠保护的手段修复患牙，追踪复查2年后的治疗效果。结果：隐裂型成功率为92．6％，斜折型为90．9％，纵折型为64．0％，总成功率为86．3％。结论：采取保存修复治疗的方法修复折裂牙，有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the clinical effect of repairing the odontoclasis with protective therapy.METHODS:248 odontoclasises were chosen and fixed with steel wire according to their type. After root canal therapy,the complete crown was adopted,observing their clinical effects for two years.RESULTS:The effect ratio is 92.6% for odentoschim,90.9% for oblique odontoclasis,64.0% for vertical odontoclasis.The total effect ratio is 86.3%.CONCLUSION:It has clinical value that the odontoclasis was repaired with protective therapy. |
