河南省复退军人精神病患者评残结果分析

目的：对河南省在乡复退军人精神病患者2500人进行残疾等级评定，了解在乡复退军人精神病患者就医、生活等状况。方法：成立机构。选拔人员，制定纪律，明确要求，统一培训。掌握标准，制定评残操作流程，要求与病人进行面对面交流，询问病史，核对有关档案及病史资料。全面精神及体格检查，BPRS、GAS、SDSS等量表评定，作出疾病诊断。对相关残情进行准确的等级评定。结果：共评定全省150个县（市、区）共2584人。其中六级552人，五级1080人，四级772人，三级113人，二级9人。有58人不够评残标准。结论：将精神病列入病残条目，充分体现了党和政府对复退军人精神病患者这一特殊群体的重视和关怀，意义重大。受传统观念及病情影响，在乡复退军人精神病患者就医及生活情况堪忧，亟待改善。以集中养治为宜。

The analysis on disability rating of schizophrenia patients in veterans of HENAN

Objective:Got the message about receiving medical treatment and life situation of psychiatric patients of veterans in countryside,by carrying out disability rating of psychiatric patients of veterans in countryside of Henan province.Methods:Established institution,chose psychiatrists,formulated discipline,unified training,mastered criterion,formulated working flow,requested interview face to face,collected medical history,checked out archive and relative materials.Psychiatric interview and physical examination completely,assessment for BPRS,GAS,SDSS,making out psychiatric diagnosis and assessment disability rank of mental disease exactly.Results: 2584 veterans participated rating in 150 counties(cities,regions) of the province,and the sixth grade 552 cases,the fifth grade 1080 cases,the fourth grade 772 cases,the third grade 113 cases,the second grade 9 cases,and 56 cases were not enough for disability rating criterion.Conclusions: Items of disability of disease included mental diseases,it reflected reconstruction and care of the Communist party and Chinese government about psychiatric patients of veterans such special groups,had significance considerably.Because of effect of conventional idea and state of disease,it was worrying extremely of receiving medical treatment and life of psychiatric patients of veterans in countryside,need to improve and to treat and to support for centralization.
