溃疡性结肠炎病因病机探讨

溃疡性结肠炎的病因有内因和外因之分,内因主要为内伤七情、脾胃虚弱、饮食不节、劳倦所伤;外因主要为外感湿热、疫毒之邪。分别对发作期、缓解期溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制进行了探讨,认为瘀血内阻、积滞不通是溃疡性结肠炎反复发作的病理基础。临床治疗应采取清化肠腑、调理气血、攻补兼施、补益脾胃等不同治疗原则,区分发作期、缓解期辨治。

Discussion on etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis

It was pointed out that the causes of ulcerative colitis were divided into internal and external factors. The main internal factors were internal damage by the excessive seven emotions, weakness of the spleen and stomach ,eating and drinking without temperance and over overstrain. The main external factors were invasion of exogenous hot and humid, pestilential pathogen. The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis were discussed from the attack period and the remission period . Retention of blood stasis and obstruction of Qi were the pathological basis of the disease. By distinguishing distinct the attack period and the remission period respectively,we can take different treatments to treat the disease,such as method of clearing away blood-stasis, recuperating Qi and blood, reinforcement and elimination in combination and invigorating the spleen and stomach.
