| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年糖尿病人事件相关电位的改变。方法 应用听觉oddball序列刺激的事件相关电位方法对老年糖尿病人 (2型 ) 30例 (病人组 ) ,健康老年人 2 0例 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 病人组较对照组P3 0 0 波潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,经统计学处理差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。病人组脑CT检查证实中枢神经系统存在病变 (脑萎缩与腔隙性脑梗塞 )者 ,其P3 0 0 波潜伏期延长与波幅显著降低。结论 脑CT和脑事件相关电位检测对老年糖尿病合并中枢神经病变程度的了解 ,以及指导治疗有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of event related potentials(ERP) in old patients with insulin independent diabetes. Methods Auditory ERP were recorded in 20 normal healths(control group)and in 30 old patients with insulin independent diabetes mellitus(Patients group).Results Reduced amplitude and delayed latency of ERP were found. There were a significance difference (P<0.05) between control group and patients group.Brain CT was performed in patients group and found that there were disorders of central nervous system(such as brain atrophy and lacuna infarction).Conclusion ERP and brain CT may play a signigicant role in the treatment and finding disorders of central nervous system in old patients with insulin independent diabetes mellitus. |
