| 摘 要： | 为探索中药淫羊藿防治骨质疏松症的作用机理，采用血清细胞培养的方法，观察淫羊藿总黄酮对动物成骨细胞增殖的影响。结果显示淫羊藿总黄酮能明显促进成骨细胞数量增殖(P＜0．05)，增加碱性磷酸酶活性(P＜0．01)，降低培养基中钙含量(P＜0．05)。由此推测淫羊藿具有较强的防治骨质疏松症的作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the action mechanism of Herba Epimedii in the treatment of osteoporosis, serum cell culture was used to observe the effects of Herba Epimedii flavone on proliferation of osteoblast.Results:Herba Epimedii flavone could obviously promote the proliferation of osteoblast (P<0.05),increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase (P<0.01) and reduce the amount of calcium (P<0.05).It is implied that Herba Epimedii has strong effects in the prevention of osteoporosis. |
