| 摘 要： | 报道１例银屑病患者８年后躯干、四肢出现水疱、大疱，尼氏征阴性。经盐裂直接免疫荧光及盐裂间接免疫荧光证实为大疱性类天疱疮。用ＤＤＳ、雷公藤等治疗水疱消退，但银悄病皮损仍存在。这两种疾病共同存在之间的关系并非偶然，有待进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | A case 50-year-old man with psoriasis for 8 years who developed bullous pemphigoid was reported.Typical finding of BP was demonstrated by split-skin DIF and split-skin IIF.Therapy with DDS and Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook F was effective for BP lesion, but was helpless for psoriasis lesion.The possible etiopathogentic relationship between the two diseases is not accident,and further study necessary. |
