| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨火针疗法治疗腱鞘囊肿的效果。方法 回顾性分析1998年10月至2004年6月治疗的87例腱鞘囊肿病例。结果 全部病例得到随诊，平均随诊期8个月，优良率92．65％。结论 火针疗法是治疗腱鞘囊肿的简单、安全、痛苦小、复发率低的有效方法，临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical therapy effect of fire procssed needling for ganglion. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with ganglion. Undergoing exploration from October 1998 to June 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up for an average period of 8 months. The rate of excellent and good was 92.65 percent. Conclusion Fire procssed needling is an effective therapy of simple. Salt. less painful and recur, for ganglion. The clinical effect is very satisfactory. |
