多学科协作模式对结肠癌患者住院费用、平均住院日、并发症发生率的影响

目的  探讨多学科协作（MDT）对结肠癌患者住院费用、住院时间及并发症发生率的影响。方法  选取该院收治的124例结肠癌患者为研究对象，分为MDT组和非MDT组，分析比较两组患者的住院费用、住院日期及并发症的发生情况。结果  MDT组患者的住院费用和住院时间均少于非MDT组（P <0.05）；MDT组患者治疗过程中呼吸衰竭、肺部感染及切口感染的发生率低于非MDT组患者（P <0.05）。结论  多学科协作治疗模式能够有效优化治疗过程，促进患者恢复，减少住院费用及住院日期，同时减少并发症的发生。

Effect of multidisciplinary team on hospital fee, hospital stay and complications of colorectal cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team (MDT) work model on hospital fee, hospital stay and complications of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Totally 124 colorectal patients who received treatment in our hospital were divided into MDT group and non-MDT group. The hospital fee, hospital stay and complications were analyzed. Results The hospital fee was significantly lower and the hospital stay was significantly shorter in the MDT group than in the non-MDT group (P < 0.05). The occurrence rates of respiratory failure, lung infection and incision infection in the MDT group were obviously lower than those in the non-MDT group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Multidisciplinary team can effectively optimize therapeutic process, promote patients'' recovery, reduce their hospital fee and stay, meanwhile reduce the complications.
