MIC-1、G17及PG1对胃癌诊断价值及感染病原菌的影响研究

摘    要:

目的  分析人巨噬细胞抑制因子-1(MIC-1)、胃泌素17(G17)及胃蛋白酶原(PG1)对胃癌诊断价值及病原菌感染的影响,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法  选取2010年4月-2015年8月于该院诊治的120例胃癌早期和140例胃癌晚期患者进行分析。ELISA法检测患者血清中MIC-1、G17及PG1水平变化;分析术后感染患者血清中上述分子及炎症反应蛋白水平变化,以术后未感染患者110例为未感染组,以医院同期健康体检者120例为对照组。结果  胃癌患者血清中MIC-1、G17及PG1水平升高(P <0.05),且病原菌感染后MIC-1、G17及PG1蛋白升高,白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素3(IL-3)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平也上升,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论  MIC-1、G17及PG1在胃癌诊断中具有重要价值,且感染可能引起其水平的升高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the value of MIC-1 and G17, PG1 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the expression variation after pathogen infection. Methods From April 2010 to August 2015, 120 cases of early gastric cancer and 140 cases of gastric cancer in the hospital were analyzed. The serum MIC-1 and G17, PG1 concentration were assayed by ELISA method. The serum MIC-1 and G17, PG1 were detected in infected patients after operation. At the same period, 120 healthy subjects and 110 un-infected patients in our department were taken as control. Results The serum MIC-1 and G17, PG1 were increased greatly (P < 0.05) in gastric cancer patients compared with control. These parameters were also up-regulated (P < 0.05) after infection. The result also showed that serum interleukins, including IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, IL-6 and IL-10 had similar changes with MIC-1. Conclusions MIC-1 and G17, PG1 are potential indicators in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and can be increased after infection.
