糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖及凝血指标的变化

摘    要:观察糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖指标、凝血因子及血小板参数的变化,探讨其在糖尿病视网膜病变中的临床意义。方法选取2014年3月-2016年10月在海南省海口市人民医院诊断为糖尿病视网膜病变患者102例作为糖尿病视网膜病变组,糖尿病患者102 例作为糖尿组,健康体检者102 例作为对照组。测定3组患者血糖指标、凝血因子及血小板参数。结果糖尿病视网膜病变组糖尿病病程长于糖尿病组(p <0.05);糖尿病视网膜病变组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)高于糖尿病组和对照组(p <0.05),糖尿病组FPG、HbA1c 高于对照组(p <0.05);糖尿病视网膜病变组和糖尿病组纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、凝血酶原百分活动度(PT%)高于对照组( p<0.05),糖尿病视网膜病变组FIB 高于糖尿病组( p<0.05);糖尿病视网膜病变组和糖尿病组大型血小板比率(P-LCR)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、体积分布宽度(PDW)高于对照组(p <0.05),糖尿病视网膜病变组P-LCR、MPV、PDW 高于糖尿病组( p<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖指标、凝血因子及血小板参数存在异常,糖尿病视网膜病变发病可能与血糖、凝血因子及血小板参数变化有关。

Abstract:To observe the changes of blood glucose, coagulation factors and platelet parametersin patients with diabetic retinopathy, and to explore their clinical significance in diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as diabetic retinopathy group, 102patients with diabetes mellitus as diabetic group and 102 healthy subjects as control group from March 2014 to October 2016 in Haikou People''s Hospital. The blood glucose, coagulation factors and platelet parameters were measured in the three groups. Results The diabetic duration in the diabetic retinopathy group was longer than that in the diabetic group (p < 0.05). The levels of FPG and HbA1c in the diabetic retinopathy group were higher than those in the diabetic group and the control group ( p< 0.05). The levels of FPG and HbA1c in the diabetic group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). FIB and PT% of the diabetic retinopathy group and the diabetic group were higher than those of the control group ( p< 0.05). FIB of the diabetic retinopathy group was higher than hat of the diabetic group ( p< 0.05). The levels of P-LCR, MPV and PDW in the diabetic retinopathy group and the diabetic group were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group (p < 0.05). The levels of P-LCR, MPV and PDW in the diabetic retinopathy group were higher than those in the diabetic group (p < 0.05). Conclusions Blood glucose, coagulation factors and platelet parameters in patients with diabetic retinopathy are abnormal. The diabetic retinopathy may be associated with the changes of blood glucose, coagulation factors and platelet parameters.
