摘    要:糖尿病的发病率居高不下,其中并发心血管疾病的患者也越来越多,因此心肌纤维化作为导致糖尿病患者心功能障碍的重要生理、病理变化之一引起了广泛重视。Toll 样受体(TLRs)是固有免疫应答中最具代表性的受体之一,Toll 样受体4(TLR-4)是TLRs 家族中与炎症反应密切相关的蛋白,研究也最为广泛。该文就TLR-4 炎症信号通路对2 型糖尿病心肌纤维化的作用机制进行综述,从炎症反应角度初步阐述TLR-4 炎症信号通路对2 型糖尿病心肌纤维化的影响。

Abstract:The incidence of diabetes remains high, more and more patients with cardiovascular diseases areinvolved. Therefore, myocardial fibrosis as one of the physiological and pathological changes leading to cardiacdysfunction in patients with diabetes. Toll-like receptors is one of the most representative receptors in the innateimmune response, TLR-4 is a protein closely related to inflammatory response in the TLRs family. In this paper, theeffects of TLR-4 inflammatory signaling pathway on myocardial fibrosis in type 2 diabetes were summarized, and theeffects of the pathway on myocardial fibrosis in type 2 diabetes were preliminarily expounded from the perspective ofinflammatory response.
