社区老年人抑郁情绪与心理资本的相关性研究

目的  探讨社区老年人抑郁情绪与心理资本的相关性，为促进老年人心理健康提供依据。方法  采用分层随机抽样方法，应用流调中心抑郁量表（CES-D），老年人心理资本量表对500名社区老年人进行问卷调查并分析。结果  不同性别、配偶情况、文化程度、收入情况及居住情况的老年人在抑郁情绪得分方面差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；不同年龄、性别、配偶情况、文化程度、收入情况及居住情况的老年人在心理资本得分方面差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；抑郁情况总得分和各维度与心理资本总得分和各维度均呈负相关（P <0.01）；多元线性回归结果表明，年龄、性别、文化程度及居住情况是抑郁情绪与心理资本相关性的控制变量。结论  抑郁情绪与心理资本相关，针对老年人不同特征进行心理干预，提高老年人的心理资本可减少其抑郁情绪和抑郁发生的可能性。

Correlation research on community elderly depression and psychological capital

Objective To explore the correlation between community elderly depression and psychological capital, and to provide the basis for promoting mental health in the elderly. Methods The stratified random sampling method was adopted, and the Center for Epidemiological studies Depression Scale (CES-D) and psychological capital questionnaire were used to survey 500 community elderly people. Results Different sex, spouse status, degree of education, income and dwell brought significant difference in the score of depression (P < 0.05). Different age, sex, spouse status, degree of education, income, dwell brought significant difference in the score of psychological capital (P < 0.05). The total score of depression and each dimension and the total score of psychological capital and all dimensions were negative correlation (P < 0.01). Multiple liner regression results showed that age, sex, degree of education and dwell were the control variables. Conclusions Depression is associated with psychological capital. Psychological intervention for the elderly can improve the psychological capital and reduce the rate of depression.
