胃苏颗粒改良四联疗法对老年幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子与胃泌素的影响

目的 探讨胃苏颗粒改良四联疗法对老年幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性胃溃疡炎症因子与胃泌素的影响。 方法 选取2015年1月—2017年12月东部战区总医院收治的Hp阳性胃溃疡老年患者100例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组使用阿莫西林+克拉霉素+泮托拉唑+胶体果胶铋四联疗法治疗；研究组使用胃苏颗粒+阿莫西林+克拉霉素+泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组患者溃疡愈合疗效、Hp根除率及复发率、不良反应发生率；同时观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的血清炎症因子C反应蛋白 （CRP）、白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）]和胃泌素指标胃泌素（GAS）、胆囊收缩素（CCK）、胃动素（MTL）]水平。结果 两组患者治疗2个月后治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）；治疗后 12个月，两组Hp根除率及复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）；治疗前两组患者的血清炎症因子和胃泌素指标水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）；治疗后同组患者血清CRP、IL-1和IL-6以及GAS、CCK水平较治疗前降低，MTL水平较治疗前升高，且研究组改善程度优于对照组（P?<0.05）；研究组用药期间不良反应发生率低于对照组（P?<0.05）。结论 胃苏颗粒改良四联疗法可有效治疗老年Hp阳性胃溃疡，改善患者体内血清炎症因子及胃泌素指标水平。

Effects of Weisu granule modified quadruple regimen on inflammatory factors and gastrin in elderly patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer

Objective To explore the effects of Weisu granule modified quadruple therapy on inflammatory factors and gastrin in elderly patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 100 elderly patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. The random number table was used to divide patients into study group and control group (50 patients in each group), the control group was treated with amoxicillin + clarithromycin + pantoprazole + colloidal pectin quadruple therapy, and the study group was treated with Weisu granules + amoxicillin + clarithromycin + pantoprazole. The ulcer healing effect, Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups, and the serum inflammatory factors C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6)] and gastrin index Gastrin (GAS), cholecystokinin (CCK), motilin (MTL) ] expression levels were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups after treatment for two months (P?>?0.05). and there was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate between the two groups 12 months after treatment (P?>?0.05). There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors and gastrin levels between the two groups before treatment.
