开颅夹闭术与介入栓塞术治疗大脑中动脉瘤的临床疗效对比研究

目的 观察开颅夹闭术与介入栓塞术治疗大脑中动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法 将102例诊断为大脑中动脉瘤的患者随机分为开颅夹闭术组和介入栓塞术组，每组51例。比较两组患者大脑中动脉瘤完全闭塞率、复发率、并发症发生率、平均住院时间、住院费用及手术预后的差异。结果 开颅夹闭术组的完全闭塞率和复发率与介入栓塞术组比较，差异无统计学意义（P?>0.05）；开颅夹闭术组并发症发生率高于介入栓塞术组（P?<0.05）；介入栓塞术组的住院时间短于开颅夹闭术组（P?<0.05），但介入栓塞术组的住院费用高于开颅夹闭术组（P?<0.05）；介入栓塞术组的预后良好率高于开颅夹闭术组（P?<0.05）。结论 血管内介入栓塞术和开颅夹闭术的治疗效果良好。血管内介入栓塞术的并发症发生率更低，住院时间更短且预后情况良好，但是手术费用高于开颅夹闭术。

Clinical efficacy of surgical options compared with endovascular in treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysm

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surgical options and endovascular in treatment of middle cerebral artery aneurysm. Methods A total of 102 patients with middle cerebral artery aneurysm were randomly divided into the surgical options group and the endovascular group, 51 cases in each group.
