宫腹腔镜联合及加用透明质酸钠治疗输卵管性不孕

目的 探讨宫腹腔镜联合及加用透明质酸钠治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果.方法 将138例输卵管性不孕患者随机分为两组,对照组69例行宫腹腔镜联合手术,观察组69例则在对照组基础上加用透明质酸钠.结果 观察组1年内宫内妊娠率为68.12%与对照组63.77%相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1年关注输卵管再通率97.83%,明显高于对照组86.96%(P<0.05).结论 宫腹腔镜联合及加用透明质酸钠治疗输卵管性不孕,不仅具有安全可靠、妊娠率高等优点,还可有效地提高输卵管阻塞的治愈率.

Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and added sodium hyaluronate treatment for tubal infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and added sodium hyaluronate treatment for tubal infertility.Methods 138 patients with tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups,69 patients in the control group were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,and 69 in the observation group were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and added sodium hyaluronate.Results The uterine pregnancy rate of the observation group was 68.12% in one year,compared with the control group for 63.77%,there was no statistical significance between them(P>0.05),ovarian ducts recanalization rate was 97.83% after one year,was higher than the control group for86.96%(P<0.05).Conclusions The hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy and added sodium hyaluronate treatment for tubal infertility,not only on the safe side,the advantage of high pregnancy rate and so on,but also can availably improve the recovery rate of the salpingemphraxis.
