西酞普兰联合乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的临床研究

目的观察西酞普兰联合乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法 102例患者按数字法随机分为3组,每组34例。3组均接受常规药物治疗,联合组口服西酞普兰和乌灵胶囊,西酞普兰组和乌灵组分别口服西酞普兰乌和灵胶囊,于治疗前和治疗后4周、8周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁表(HAMD)评定抑郁情况;同时采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评定神经功能缺损,简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和Barthel指数(BI)进行评定患者的神经功能状况。结果治疗8周HAMD评分乌灵组明显改善(P<0.05),而西酞普兰组和联合组均极显著改善(P<0.01),且联合组较乌林组、西酞普兰组有显著差异(P<0.05)。三组NIHSS评分,治疗8周后较治疗前极显著下降(P<0.01);BI评分,治疗8周后较治疗前极显著上升(P<0.01),组间无明显差异;而MMSE评分治疗8周后3组均显著提高(P<0.05),组间无差异。结论西酞普兰对卒中后抑郁有良好的治疗作用,与乌灵胶囊合用效果更好。

Clinical research of citalopram combined with Wuling capsule on the treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of citalopram combined with Wuling capsule(WLC) on the treatment of Post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods 102 Post-stroke depression patients were randomly assigned to three groups,34 cases in each group,which was treated with routine medicine.But the WLC group and the Citalopram group,additional WLC and Citalopram was given respectively,while for the combined group,both of the two drugs were given.Before and after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the cognitive function of the patients were estimated by HAMD scale and nerve function were estimated by MMSE scale,NIHSS scale and Barthel index(BI).Results After treatment of 8 weeks,the grades of HAMD scale was significant improved in WLC treatment group(P<0.05),which had very significant improvement in citalopram group and combined treatment group(P<0.01),and HAMD scale in the combine-treated group was well below than that of two other groups respectively(P<0.05).For all three groups after treatment 8 weeks,NIHSS score and very significantly decreased(P<0.01),BI score After 8 weeks treatment than before treatment rose significantly(P<0.01),while MMSE score significantly increased(P<0.05),and had no significant difference between the three groups.Conclusions Citalopram is effective in treating patients with PSD,more efficacy when combine-treated with WLC.
