肠外与肠内营养支持在重型颅脑损伤中的效果比较

目的探讨肠外与肠内营养支持在重型颅脑损伤中的效果。方法重型颅脑损伤手术病人80例按营养方式不同随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用肠内营养支持,对照组采用肠外营养支持。结果两组营养支持前ALB与PA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),营养支持后ALB与PA在两组都明显升高,其中治疗组升高更加明显(P<0.05)。结论用鼻肠管进行早期肠内营养支持,有利于颅脑损伤病人更好地获得必需的营养物质,促进脑损伤后胃动力恢复,是重型颅脑损伤营养支持的首选途径。

Effects of parenteral and enteral nutrition support in severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To investigate the effects of parenteral and enteral nutrition support in severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 80 cases with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,the treatment group were treated with enteral nutrition,the control group were treated with parenteral nutritional support of nutrition.Results Two groups before nutritional support ALB and PA difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),after nutritional support,ALB and PA in the two groups were significantly higher in the treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support,nasal bowel conducive to brain injury patients better access to essential nutrients to promote gastric motility recovery after brain injury,is the preferred way of nutritional support in severe traumatic brain injury.
