PBL教学模式在透析患者健康教育中的应用探讨

目的研究PBL教学模式在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者健康教育中的作用。方法选取我院2011年1月～2011年12月在我院规律透析的患者120例,随机分为两组,A组60例,采用PBL教学模式,B组60例,应用传统健康教育模式,对两组患者进行血液透析的健康教育,对开展健康教育后的效果进行统计分析。结果 A组患者在每天运动、合理饮食、透析依从、药物依从、自我检测、预防感染等方面均优于B组患者。结论 PBL教学模式在透析患者健康教育中的应用,能更好的规范维持性血液透析患者的行为,养成良好的生活习惯,使患者生活质量提高,回归正常生活,回归工作,回归社会,适宜临床广泛应用和开展。

PBL teaching mode in the maintenance hemodialysis patients health education of application

Objective To study the teaching pattern in PBL maintenance hemodialysis patients(MHD) health education in the role.Methods The hospital in January 2011 in December 2011 in our hospital law of 120patients with dialysis,randomly divided into two groups,A group of 60 patients,the PBL teaching mode,B group 60 examples,the application of the traditional education model health,two groups of patients with blood dialysis health education,carrying out health education to the effect after the statistical analysis.Results A group of patients in the exercise every day,reasonable food,dialysis compliance,drug compliance,self test,prevent infection,etc,were better than group B patients.Conclusions PBL teaching mode in dialysis patients of the application of the health education,to better regulate maintenance hemodialysis patients behavior,formed the good life habit,to improve the quality of life of the patients,return to a normal life,and return to work,to return to the society,suitable for wide application and clinical development.
